Declaration of Florida Residency

The information you provide determines the tuition you pay. Florida residents pay a much lower tuition rate than out-of-state residents. As a new or returning student, you must complete the Residency Declaration prior to being admitted to the College. This must be submitted, along with any supporting documentation, prior to being admitted. A Florida Resident is a person who has established and maintained legal residency in Florida for at least 12 consecutive months immediately prior to the first day of classes for the initial term of enrollment.
